“Advice,” produced by Ghana’s M.O.G. Beatz, is the latest addition to Mr Eazi’s musical portfolio. This single showcases his unique style and lyrical depth, touching on various African martyrs, including Joseph Kabila and Ken Saro-Wiwa. These references add a thought-provoking layer to the track.

In support of the “Advice” release, Mr Eazi has joined Vevo’s original content series Ctrl., delivering a stirring live performance of the song with a drill-infused twist. Fans can watch this captivating live session on Vevo Ctrl.

Recorded across multiple locations, including Benin, Ghana, Rwanda, Nigeria, London, Los Angeles, and New York City, “The Evil Genius” offers a deeply personal exploration of themes like love, betrayal, loneliness, and family. The album is divided into three distinctive acts, showcasing Mr Eazi’s versatility as an artist.

In a groundbreaking fusion of African music and art, Mr Eazi collaborated with visual artists from across the continent to create unique physical artworks representing each of the album’s 16 tracks. The artwork for “Advice” was crafted by Kenyan artist Alpha ODH and complements the defiant lyrics of the song.

Mr Eazi personally selected 13 artists from eight African countries for this innovative project, emphasizing his passion for creativity and expression. These artworks will be featured in a multi-sensory exhibition experience starting in Accra, Ghana, from September 13th to 17th, followed by an appearance at the 1-54 Contemporary African Art Fair at Somerset House in London from October 12th to 15th.
